2015年发布“ECSD”Exploreculture spread & design纯设计品牌，“探索 文化 传播 设计”为核心理念服务国内外商业空间用户；致力于-地产-酒店-企业-教育等众多公共空间提供设计顾问咨询服务；

2016年发布“優加设计”高端品牌，以优质的设计及领先的理念服务众多高品位居家用户；高达100多项验收规范标准，及完整的管理体系；

2017年发布“優加设计”管理规范；运营规范，争做行业标杆，彻底与营销型公司。倡导行业透明，反对中途加价，恶意竞争损害消费者利益等行为；

2018年成立“湖北道和建设工程有限公司”旗下品牌“優加设计事业部”公司搬迁新办公地点；集设计、工程管理、主材运营、软装搭配等综合一体专业化公司；

2018年公司升级材料配置引进“多邦辅料”（国内辅料行业生产巨头）各项检测报告及标准行业领先；本公司现为“广州多邦辅料”随州代理商；
